About
Named for a meridian, not a metaphor.
Abu Dhabi sits at 24°28′N, 54°22′E. 54east is the practice. The first conversation is with the people who would build it.
The practice
We consult, advise, build, operate, and train — in-country. The people who advise write the code. The institution owns what ships. Train is the exit.
Winning institutions own the system. That sentence is the firm.
We are not a strategy house. We are not a mobilisation army. Consulting is the door. The catalogue is Correspondence and Operations agents.
Who you sit with
Anton Bakerjian, CEO. The face of the client. In the briefing. In the room that signs. Architecture with the CIO.
Mohammad Alqarra, CIO. Architecture, systems, the integrity of what runs. Named on the work. Not an unnamed bench.
The people in the briefing are the people who would architect the build. There is no analyst layer and no sales overlay.
How we work, in one line
Consult → Advise → Build → Operate → Train. The rungs are on How we work. Operate is a window. Train is the exit. Compare the ending on How we compare.
Where we do not pretend to practise
Energy, real estate, financial services, and healthcare are not on this site as industries. We will not pretend to practise there until a system has run. The two beaches are public-sector correspondence and industrial operations.
Positions, not a blog
A document is not a system. A system somewhere else is not yours. Both, here — then we leave.
Positions will be published as papers. Nothing here is a blog. Field notes stay empty until an engagement is allowed to be named. We do not invent case studies.
