Consult
One session. The people who will sign, in the room. The buyable unit is a board briefing. Not a capability tour.
How we work
An institution that already knows what it wants starts at the build. One that is still deciding starts at the briefing.
Consult → Advise → Build → Operate → Train. One motion. The same people, from the first session to the last handover. The five rungs live on this page and nowhere else as a catalogue.
One session. The people who will sign, in the room. The buyable unit is a board briefing. Not a capability tour.
Build, buy, or wait — written down. The buyable unit is a decision audit. Jurisdiction, vendor questions, and readiness scores are annexes to that decision, not separate shops.
A scoped system, in-country, owned by the institution. On the public catalogue: Correspondence or Operations agents. The system of record stays the system of record.
Live, in-country, until your team is certified. A named owner at 54east for a window. SLAs and incidents inside that window — then the runbook is theirs.
Operate is not a SKU. It is not a retainer. It exists so Train can happen. A forever operator is the failure mode.
Your operators run it. We leave. Executive, technical, train-the-trainer, on the system that was built. See Train.
We do not Build before Consult has a named decision. We do not Train on a system we did not build. We do not Operate as a way of never leaving.
The next workflow is a new decision. New SOW. Not a standing army.
The people in the briefing are the people who would architect the build. No analyst layer. The CEO is the face of the client.
How this differs from other kinds of firm is How we compare. That table is not repeated here.
